• Our application scans patient’s foot profiles to create customized insoles. The data provided is determined by the cli, hospital or medical institution using our system

• We require that all information shared with us in anonymized and cannot be traced back to an identifiable patient.

Use of Information

• Foot Profile data is used solely for the design and production of custom insoles

• We do not use this information for marketing, resale, or any unrelated purposes.

Data Confidentiality & Storage

• All submited information is treated as strictly confidential.

• Data is stored offline only, and not on cloud-based services.

• Data is retained eonly for as long as necessary to complete the insoles production process. After extraction and use, is not stored online.

• Clinics and institutions may request deletion of submitted data at any time by contacting us.

Payment

• Payments are made directly between clinicians and their patients through hospitals clinics.

• We do not collect, process, or store any personal payment data.

Delivery of products

• All finished products are delivered only to verified clinics, hospitals, or medical institutions. we do not deliver directly to private individuals.

Third party Services

• if we use external providers(e.g., hostings for this website), we ensure they comply with industry standards for data protection. HOwever our application itself does not rely on a third-[arty cloud services for patient data.
